Business Blueprint
Develop a business blueprint defining how the customer experience is delivered
Collaboratively define the processes, platforms, and tools needed to deliver the service experience effectively, both customer-facing and behind the scenes.
Key Elements of a Service Blueprint:
Customer Actions: Steps taken by customers as part of their interaction with the service ( as defined in the customer journey)
Frontstage (Visible) Actions: Interactions between the customer and the service provider that are visible to the customer.
Backstage (Invisible) Actions: Activities and interactions that occur behind the scenes to support the frontstage actions.
Support Processes: Internal services, IT systems, or other processes that facilitate service delivery.
Physical Evidence: Tangible elements that customers come into contact with throughout their journey.
Benefit: a clear overview of everything required to deliver the desired customer experience and business value. It helps to uncover and optimise inefficiencies in processes and workflows. It can be used to provide an overview of business operations for investor due diligence.
